Every $1 Spent = 1 Loyalty Point

For every 500 loyalty points you earn, you will receive a $25 reward!

*Resident Members registered for the loyalty program recieve $3 draft beer all day, every day. Discounts do not stack and resident members registered for the loyalty program do not recieve $2 off draft beer.

Terms & Conditions

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Program is a voluntary, loyalty-based benefits initiative offered exclusively to verified MetroLagoons Resident Members. Participation in the Program provides access to variable discounts and promotions on eligible food, beverage, merchandise, and other select purchases at participating MetroLagoons locations. The Loyalty Discount & Rewards Program is independent of the Club Plan and therefore not subject to any guidance or restrictions of the Club Plan.

REDEMPTION & RESTRICTIONS

  • Loyalty discounts and rewards are applicable only at the point of sale during a valid transaction.
  • The loyalty member must be physically present and pay for the transaction to receive benefits.
  • Discounts and benefits are not transferable to other individuals, including family members or guests.

LOYALTY CARD REQUIREMENT

  • A valid MetroLagoons Loyalty Membership Card must be presented at the time of purchase and prior to the completion of checkout to receive any discount or earn any points.
  • If the card is not presented prior to cashing out, no discounts or points will be applied or refunded after the transaction is completed.
  • Points and discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to past purchases under any circumstances.

DISCOUNT TERMS

  • The Resident Member must identify themselves as a Program Participant prior to the close of any transaction. MetroLagoons employees are under no obligation to ask or otherwise proactively identify Program Participants.
  • Program discounts may not apply to all products or services.
  • Discounts may not be combined or stacked with any other offers, coupons, promotions, or discounts.
  • Only the individual registered Resident Member may redeem discounts; the member must be the paying party at the time of the transaction.
  • Points have no cash value and are only relevant to the earnings of defined benefits.

ELIGIBILITY & MEMBERSHIP

  • The Program is open to individuals who are verified Resident Members of MetroLagoons.
  • Membership in the Program is non-transferable and may not be shared with guests, friends, or family members.
  • Each loyalty membership is specific to the individual member and may not be combined across households.

PROGRAM CHANGES AND TERMINATION

  • MetroLagoons reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Program in part or whole to an individual(s) or in its entirety, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination or change, any unredeemed discounts, awards, rewards, points, or other benefits may be considered null and void without restitution.
  • Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms & Conditions.

AWARDS & REWARDS

  • Awards and rewards do expire.
  • Expiration periods vary and are visible through your Loyalty Portal here.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • MetroLagoons is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or system malfunctions that may affect the calculation or redemption of rewards.
  • MetroLagoons makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the availability or value of Program benefits.
